Haute Couture Contest Entry

Here is my entry for the lovely Celly's makeup contest. The contst asked for haute couture makeup which to me is just really off the wall, colorful, and/or exotic makeup. Something you would not wear on the street, per say, but would look good on the runway. Well, this is what I felt would be a good entry for her contest and so....
